Scary..... US Debt Clock

This is a scary thought.  At the time I am posting this, every American citizen has a $39,220 share in the national debt.  This includes every man, woman, and child. This is our punishment for allowing certain people to be elected.  I think it is an extra incentive to make sure we tell the folks around us to vote the correct way.

Today, almost 2 months after the above post, the national debt per citizen (man, woman, and child) is $40,038, over $800 more, per citizen, in less than 2 months.  That is over $400 per MONTH per citizen!!!! I can not afford an additional $400 per month payment...  Also, the "per taxpayer" debt is $113,083...

Today, about 8 months after my initial post, we are at $42,839 debt per citizen.  This is a total increase of $3619 and a monthly increase of $452.38 (PER CITIZEN!). 

Today the debt per TAXPAYER is $119,855.  That is an increase of $6,772 in a mere 6 months.

This site also shows that we have 41,388,030 food stamp recipients.  Actually, in just a few minutes it increased by 4 people to 41,388,034. 

All I can say is "keep working".  Millions on welfare depend on you!

Today, each citizen has a debt of $43,224 debt per citizen.  This is a total increase of $385 from last month.  Remember, this is PER CITIZEN! 

Today the debt per TAXPAYER is $120,764.  That is an increase of $909 in a SINGLE month. 

US Total Debt (not to be confused with the National Debt): $53,967,556,300,000 (and falling at the moment).  This includes Household, Business, State and Local Government, Financial Institutions, and the Federal Government.

The US Total Debt per family is $664,624 while Income per family is $62,935.
